A photographic start to 2026

When I first started to learn photography I undertook a project 365 - at that stage not started at the traditional January 1st but at the random point in the year I decided it was a good idea. A photo a day for an entire year.
I blogged about that project on flickr. I even made a book which can be purchased here
I would humbly suggest the digital version is very reasonable - the print copy is frankly extortionate but it was what it was!
I've decided to undertake the project again - older, wiser and with hopefully with a bit more skill. and I thought I would blog about it here.
And so it begins - luckily I spent the day with family at Longleat Safari Park, so here is my favourite pic from the day.
So this is day 1 - I'm hoping there will be a decent chunk of this alongside the day to day stuff!
